How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

Please clearly describe the privacy right you wish to exercise. For requests that require identity verification, we may ask for information such as your name, email address, and order number, if applicable. We will use verification information only to confirm your identity and process your request.

We will not require more information than is reasonably necessary to process an opt-out request. Where permitted by law, you may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Response Timeframes

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information will be processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 15 business days after receipt.

Verified requests to know, access, delete, or correct personal information will generally be answered within 45 calendar days. When legally permitted, we may extend the response period by an additional 45 calendar days and will notify you if an extension is required.

Requests submitted under other applicable privacy laws will be processed within the timeframe required by the relevant law.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and other parties that help us operate our store, process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, maintain security, analyze website performance, or deliver advertising where permitted.

These parties may process personal information only as permitted by applicable law and their agreements with us.
