30-Day Free Returns

At Gugu Collects, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return by following the process outlined below.

• Free returns: We cover the return shipping cost for eligible returns, so you will not be charged an additional return shipping fee.
• Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns that meet the conditions stated in this policy.

How to Return an Item

2. Receive return instructions: Our customer service team will provide return authorization and instructions explaining where and how to send your item.
3. Package your return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation supplied with it.
