Are the blind boxes authentic?
Yes. We source every Sonny Angel and Pokémon product directly to guarantee authenticity — no counterfeits, ever.

Can I choose which design I get in a blind box?
No — that's the fun (and the rule) of blind boxes! Each box contains one of several possible designs at random, and a secret figure may occasionally be included. We're not able to guarantee or swap for a specific design.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of the surprise nature of blind box products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order ships. Please double check your order before checking out. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right.

How fast do you ship?
All orders ship from the US. All order will process in 1-2 business and ship out as soon as possible. Once your order is packed, you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking so you can follow it the whole way.

How often do you restock?
We restock regularly and add new series and drops as they become available. If something you want is sold out, check back soon — or follow our instagram to hear about new arrivals first.
