Thank you for shopping with Gugu Collects! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During promotions, restocks, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll do our best to notify you if there's a delay.
Delivery Times
Delivery times above are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped — they do not include our 2–3 day processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at gugucollects@gmail.com within [7] days so we can help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error, email us immediately at gugucollects@gmail.com; we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
