Welcome to Gugu Collects. Gugu Collects is operated by Gugu Studio LLC. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Gugu Collects and Gugu Studio LLC.

We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Gugu Collects is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

For products clearly identified as blind boxes, mystery items, or random assortments, the specific item, character, design, or variation received is selected at random and cannot be chosen or guaranteed in advance unless the applicable product description expressly states otherwise.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and other information may be updated when necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and may limit the quantities offered to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

Section 3 - Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or violations of these Terms.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after processing or fulfillment has begun.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided with the order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method according to the payment provider's processing timeframe.

Gugu Collects currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. You must provide a valid and eligible U.S. delivery address when placing an order.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges. Any applicable additional charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may occasionally offer promotions governed by separate terms and conditions. If the terms of a promotion conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment will be determined in accordance with applicable law and our published Shipping and Refund Policies.

Shopify's name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, designs, and trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Gugu Collects is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Gugu Studio LLC, which operates this store as Gugu Collects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Gugu Collects or for injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased directly from us.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from transactions between you and Gugu Collects, except where such a release is prohibited by applicable law.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify according to the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method according to the payment provider's processing timeframe.

Provisions concerning Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply after termination.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim. A delay in providing notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices your ability to respond.

We may control the defense and settlement of a claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel, but we will not agree to a settlement imposing a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of an indemnified claim.

Subject to any consumer rights or venue protections that cannot legally be waived, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable state and federal courts located in Illinois. You and Gugu Studio LLC consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts to the extent permitted by law.
